GCSEs
5 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above to include Mathematics, English, and Science. Preference is given to applicants who have obtained these grades on application. Consideration may be given to Functional Skills Level 2 in mathematics. UCAS Tariff 128 UCAS Tariff points to include 64 UCAS Tariff points from 2 A levels. General Studies is not accepted. Health or Science profile is preferred, but not essential. If you need further advice please contact: admissions@plymouth.ac.uk. BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma DDM Health or Science profile is preferred, but not essential. Access to HE Diploma Pass a named Access to HE Diploma with 15 Level 3 credits at Merit and 30 at Distinction, including 15 in Science or Social Science. International Baccalaureate 30 points to include Grade 5 in one subject at Higher Level. Health or Science profile is preferred, but not essential. If English is not your first language and you do not have GCSE English grade C/4 or above you will have to achieve an IELTS (or equivalent qualification) at the grade of at least 7.0 (at least 6.5 in each element). Direct entry to year 2 Deferred entry
All students who are
aged 17 when starting the programme in September, must be 18 by Christmas of
that same year.
