Why not come along and visit us at our Postgraduate and Professional Open Evening? Take this opportunity to have your questions answered or find out more about your subject of interest.

Why attend?

This is your chance to visit Plymouth University and find out about the range of postgraduate and professional development opportunities that are available to you.

Both academic and professional support staff from the University will be available to answer your questions and give you advice, guidance and information about our programmes.

There will be a wide range of faculties, departments and services exhibiting at the open evening, with stands covered throughout the evening by academic and professional staff to answer your questions. Below we have provided some information about our exhibitors, and a list of academic staff attendees will be available to view in November.

Programme of activities

The evening will consist of welcome talks, finance talks and subject specific talks to provide you will all the information you require to choose the right postgraduate programme to meet your needs.

A full programme will be emailed to you one week prior to the open evening.

UK government postgraduate loan scheme

From academic year 2016/17 you could be eligible for a government loan of up to £10000 towards the cost of your masters degree. You can find out more about the postgraduate loan scheme on the Find A Masters website.

iPad mini competition

Following our Postgraduate and Professional Open Evenings, we send out a survey to all students asking for their feedback regarding our event. To say thank you for taking the time to complete the surveys, we enter all participants into a prize draw to win an iPad mini.

Pre-register for a postgraduate offer

Would you like a discount on your postgraduate study and to avoid a formal application process? If yes, register your interest for a non-obligatory offer.

Once you have received your offer of a place, your confirmation letter will be ready for collection at the Postgraduate and Professional Open Evening event on Wednesday 18 November 2016. Please register your attendance at this event by following the ‘Book now’ link above.
