"The University of Plymouth offers a highly impressive mechanical engineering department. With its workshops and laboratories incorporating state-of-the-art equipment and technology, the University of Plymouth provides students with the facilities needed to achieve their potential.

The practical experience that I have gained from my course has helped me considerably in broadening and extending my theoretical outlook into a practical one. I now have the experience needed to fully understand the mechanics responsible for the functioning of the things around us.

The University also encourages students to develop their employability skills, which definitely helps when planning your career path."

"Being a student in Plymouth, which is one of the safest cities in England, my student life has been remarkable so far.

The UK lockdown has given me even more opportunity to explore in and around the growing city of Plymouth, making it seem more like home with each new area I discovered. What's more, the tranquil environment has helped me stay highly focused on my university work."
