Life in Plymouth
The overall vibe of the city is perfect. You are by the sea so it is still laid back, but you have all the conveniences of living in a city.
Current student
Being so close to the sea was very appealing as back home I’m never close to a beach. I was also enticed by the fact that Plymouth is a very compact city, it is possible to see and do a lot of stuff by walking. Another benefit of living in Plymouth is how much cheaper it is to live here than London. The price of going out and doing activities is accessible for students, which was something I accounted for whilst choosing a university.
