"Plymouth is a rapidly improving university and one of the finest contemporary institutions in the country"

Why did you choose Plymouth to do your degree course?

I was fortunate enough to get my place through clearing. I applied to Plymouth because it is considered a modern, vibrant university with an excellent department for my course. When I started, it turned out to be exactly that.

How have you found your time here?

Fascinating. I've met plenty of new people and have thoroughly enjoyed the new-found autonomy and responsibility that comes with it. The course is well structured and has been quite technical and a little challenging, but very enjoyable nonetheless.

Would you encourage prospective students to study with us and why?

Yes. Plymouth is a rapidly improving university and one of the finest contemporary institutions in the country (a top 300 global university). The University has potential to be one of the most desirable places to study in the country, so being part of the experience is well worth it. Plus, seeing that seafront for the first time is simply breath-taking - especially if you've never lived by the sea.
