Student services

A central point of advice and support to ensure that students maximise their university experience and overcome any difficulties they may encounter

The Student Hub is the University’s first point of contact for all non-academic student queries.

Our dedicated advisers are here to help you to get the most out of your time at university. No issue is too big and no question is too small. Our friendly, confidential and impartial team will be pleased to help you.

Disability can mean different things to different people. It may include you if you have study support requirements related to a disability, for example:

  • dyslexia
  • specific learning disabilities
  • mental health difficulties
  • autism
  • a long-term health condition.

If you're a prospective or current student or a member of staff supporting students, AccessAble are here to help.

Have your say and make a difference

For every response received we donate money to our chosen charity, which for 2020/2021 is Pete’s Dragons, a local charity providing support and comfort to people who have lost a loved one to suicide.

You'll also have the chance to win a £30 voucher (winners are picked at random, once every semester).
