Support for disabled students
We are here to support you while you study if you are disabled. Tell us if you identify as a disabled student or believe you may be
Disabilities can include, but are not limited to, the following:
- neurodivergence
- specific learning difficulty or differences
for example, dyslexia, dyspraxia etc. - ADHD
- autism
- mental health conditions, for example, anxiety, depression, bipolar, etc.
- sensory or physical impairments
- long-term health conditions
for example, chronic fatigue syndrome, asthma, diabetes, cancer, HIV, etc.
- Over half a million students studying in the UK have declared a disability. At the University of Plymouth, approximately 23% of the student population has declared a disability.
