Acorn on an Oak tree ripe in autumn, on a sunny day
Student Wellbeing Services is a multi-disciplinary team comprising Mental Health, Counselling, and Pastoral & Spiritual Support.
We offer one to one appointments, drop-in sessions and a whole range of workshops and groups as well as self-help materials.
If you are studying at one of our many partner colleges, please seek support from your equivalent student services on site. Some colleges have counselling provision, some do not, but should be able to refer you to appropriate local support as we are unable to provide one-to-one counselling or mental health appointments.
Partner college students are able to access any of our online groups/workshops or self-help resources.

Making an appointment
Complete our online referral form and we will offer you the most appropriate appointment or support based on the information you give us.
Further information on support in times of crisis
As part of Student Services we are strongly connected to other support services such as Disability Services, SUM:UP, care leavers, International Students Advice, Student Funding Advice, Student Hub and Student Learning Services.
UPSU Support and Advice, part of the Students' Union, also provides advice about a whole host of issues including academic, consumer, debt, housing, legal, student funding and welfare benefits.
