Student Hub
The Student Hub is the University’s first point of contact for all non-academic student queries. Our dedicated advisers are here to help you to get the most out of your time at university. No issue is too big and no question is too small. Our friendly, confidential and impartial team will be pleased to help you.
How we can support you:
  • respond to emails and taking calls
  • offer one-to-one support and appointments both in person and online
  • deliver support groups online and in person

We want to provide the best support possible for our students on their academic journey with us. By bringing together the myriad of services we offer, it is easier and simpler for them to access everything they need, enabling them to devote their energies to study and student life. And the Student Hub is just one part of our wider strategic plan to transform our campus over the next decade.

Have your say and make a difference

For every response received we donate money to our chosen charity, which for 2021/2022 is War Child, who work to understand children’s needs, respect their rights, and put them at the centre of everything we do. They also work with children and young people to change systems and practices that affect them.

You'll also have the chance to win a £30 voucher (winners are picked at random, once every semester).

Supporting our care leaver students

We know that the journey to higher education is exciting but can be challenging, especially if you're a look after young person or care leaver. As a signatory member of the Care Leaver Covenant, we aim to help make the process of applying to the University of Plymouth as clear and simple as possible for you.
