Student Hub

The Student Hub is the University’s first point of contact for all non-academic student queries. Our dedicated advisers are here to help you to get the most out of your time at university. No issue is too big and no question is too small. Our friendly, confidential and impartial team will be pleased to help you.

How we can support you:

  • respond to emails and taking calls
  • offer online one-to-one support and appointments
  • deliver some of our support groups online
  • Student Services has some capacity for COVID secure face-to-face appointments with our specialist teams by request from 15th March 2021.
Current students can also visit our Student support and wellbeing page for more information about COVID-19.

Have your say and make a difference

For every response received we donate money to our chosen charity, which for 2020/2021 is Pete’s Dragons, a local charity providing support and comfort to people who have lost a loved one to suicide.

You'll also have the chance to win a £30 voucher (winners are picked at random, once every semester).
