  •  What you eat (including the texture, quantity, spices, etc.) may aggravate breathing difficulties.
  • Gulping air can happen whilst eating, resulting in feeling full quickly.

The Swansea Bay University Health Board has a Covid and Long Covid recovery – therapy information pack which provides ideas for:

  • Shortness of breath (if you use inhalers or oxygen therapy speak to your health professional)
  • Leaflets for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
  • Cough
  • Dry or sore mouth
  • Taste changes
  • Moving and exercise
