"At Plymouth you'll have lots of amazing experiences, you will meet people from all around the world and you will learn how to work in different situations outside of your comfort zone."

"I have always spent summers abroad because I love travelling to new places. Therefore, I’m used to being abroad. Before coming to Plymouth, I was excited in anticipation of this new adventure because I was going to deal with work and workmates speaking the whole day in English. Now that the adventure has finished I feel proud of myself, I have improved my English a lot and I learnt how to deal with new situations related to work.

I did not have any expectations starting the traineeship, I wanted to be surprised. Before coming, we were given all the information we needed to know, so everything was perfect."

"During my stay here, I learnt how to deal with customers, enquiries and bookings. I also learnt to use the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. I have acquired communication abilities and learnt how to deal in situations alone. The biggest challenge being phone calls.

The biggest achievement is to learn how to take care of yourself without being with your family."

"During my traineeship, we went to several places such as the Eden Project, Paignton Zoo, Mount Edgcumbe and the Hoe. The Hoe was one of the most amazing places I visited, it has a breath-taking view of the sea and the surroundings, it is a perfect place to disconnect, listen to music and relax. It’s also the best place to use instant barbecues.

In Plymouth you can find a great variety of places to eat, we had Chinese food, Nandos and pizza, but when we went to London we tried the Lebanese food, and now I can say that is amazing."
