Ciaran Cronnelly - LLB Law graduate

The course certainly gave me more direction about where I wanted to go…without the skills I acquired from university I would not have had the confidence to counsel clients.

LLB (Hons) Law graduate Ciaran now works as a Specialist Debt Caseworker

View our justice and investigation facilities

Our facilities are built to bring your study of law, criminology and policing to life. From the award‑winning Law Clinic to the state‑of‑the‑art Crime Suite and immersive Moot Court facility, you’ll learn with the resources and situations you’ll face in practice.

The Law Clinic provided opportunities to put into practice what I was studying.

Applying theory and developing the skill set for dealing with extremely vulnerable people can't be taught in a book.
Katherine, LLB (Hons) Law graduate

Working in the Crime Suite allows you to learn practically. We study motives and connect them to the crime and the physical evidence. For example, fingerprints, weapons and CCTV. Leaning about criminal justice inspires me to learn more about society and how relevant this field is to our everyday lives.
