The module application form for 2025 / 26 is currently being updated and a link to it will be added here once available. Watch this space for the updated application. Please do not use this current year’s application form in the meantime.
To apply for a module as part of a programme you are already enrolled on or to apply for a module as a standalone option, please complete a module application form and return it to pduadmissions@plymouth.ac.uk . Most of our modules will require you to complete the standard module application form accessible through the link below. However, some modules have more specific application forms and documents that need to be completed instead - please visit the relevant module’s webpage (via the A-Z list below) to identify if there are any specific form(s) you need to complete. If nothing is mentioned, then please just use the standard module application form.
  • Module A-Z list
  • Module application form for the current academic year (2024 / 25) only (please do not use this form to apply for places run by partnership organisations or for modules in 2025 / 26 academic year).
  • Partnership modules: please contact the partner organisation running the course for details of how to apply (this can be found on the module’s webpage).
