Current Residents: Accommodation COVID-19 FAQ’s
Please see our Accommodation related FAQ’s available on the Accommodation Portal.
If you are joining us this Autumn, we’re looking forward to welcoming you to your new home here at the University Plymouth.
We want you to enjoy living and studying in Plymouth, build life-long friendships and feel fully supported during your time with us. We offer a great variety of halls to choose from, that provide a safe and friendly environment for our students.
Your accommodation licence will be with the University, and our halls are provided in partnership with UPP, the UK’s leading provider of on-campus residential and academic accommodation infrastructure.
They provide and maintain the buildings while the University provides a range of support for you, including social events to create great communities, welfare support and 24/7 security to help to keep you safe.
Our halls are located on campus, or within the nearby student village - only a few minutes’ walk from both University facilities and city-centre amenities.
We guarantee a place in halls – either University-managed or from accredited private providers – to all undergraduate first-year students who make Plymouth their firm first choice and apply before 18 June 2021.
Book a room with us now, or find out more about what's on offer for returning residents.

The Student Accommodation Code
We adhere to the Student Accommodation Code which means that we go the extra mile to make sure that you get the best quality accommodation while you are with us. The Code is managed by an external group which inspects our halls to ensure that they are in tip-top condition.
