Clearing students

We offer a great variety of halls of residence to choose from, all of which offer good, reliable wifi on the University network, cleaning of shared kitchens and bathrooms, a safe and friendly community, are close to our main campus, and near City Centre amenities. 

We have room types which include a number of standard, en suite and studio rooms, all self-catered, offering a range of prices to suit different budgets. Please call our call centre on 03332146929 from 7am on 15 August to find out availability and book your room.

Our guarantee

The accommodation guarantee deadline has now passed. Our accommodation portal is still open for bookings for a limited number of rooms on a first come, first served basis.


Returning residents

Individual rooms and flats for various group sizes are available for returning students in University-managed halls. Please contact Accommodation Services about current availability and booking.

Private halls and housing

If you are interested in an alternative to University-managed halls of residence, it may be worth exploring the network of private halls and housing in the city.

The Student Accommodation Code

We adhere to the Student Accommodation Code which means that we go the extra mile to make sure that you get the best quality accommodation while you are with us. The Code is managed by an external group which inspects our halls to ensure that they are in tip-top condition.
