University approved halls of residence

Private accommodation

Plymouth Studentpad is our dedicated list of approved off-campus private accommodation. This is the only database approved and inspected by the University for quality and safety and so is a good alternative to halls of residence.

University approved off campus private accommodation

All of the student share properties on Plymouth StudentPad have been inspected by a member of the Residence Life team, to ensure that they are suitable for our students. This is the only way to find University approved properties.

If you are a prospective student of Plymouth University, or currently studying here, we can guide you in your search for private accommodation.

The Student Accommodation Code

We've signed up to the Student Accommodation Code which means that we've gone that extra mile to make sure that you get the best quality accommodation while you are with us. The Code is managed by an external group which inspects our halls to ensure that they are in tip-top condition.

The University's database of student private housing, where you can look for your new home for the next academic year is now open to current Plymouth University students.
