We require applicants to have completed the Vitnemål fra den Videregående Skole/Vitnemål for Videregående Opplæring. Opplæring certificates that grant access to higher education should include the phrase 'oppnådd generell studiekompetanse'.

Applicants who do not meet our entry requirements will be required to complete a foundation year or equivalent. Our partner college on campus, University of Plymouth International College (UPIC), offers a wide variety of foundation courses.

We require applicants to have completed a post-2003 bachelor degree or pre-2003 Candidatus Magisterii with the following classification:

English language

A recognised English language qualification (e.g. Vitnemål fra den Videregående Skole, IELTS) would be required or successful completion of one of the University of Plymouth's pre-sessional English language courses.
