We have technical and support vacancies at a range of levels in the IT Customer Services and IT Product Development and Delivery departments, part of Technology and Information Services (TIS).
Candidates will need to display excellent problem-solving skills, be able to communicate in writing and verbally with users throughout the University, and be comfortable contributing to a successful team dynamic and sharing knowledge with others. Experience of working in a formal IT service management environment (ITIL/SDI/ISO20000) and the use of agile methodologies is desirable.
