Advice for students studying professional development modules
You should receive a confirmation letter from the Professional Development Unit detailing the cost of your module(s). If you are paying the tuition fee yourself, please ensure it is paid before the module start date.
If an organisation is paying your fees, please ensure that the sponsorship form, sent to you with your application form, is fully completed and returned to the Professional Development Unit. An invoice will not be sent to your sponsor until this form is received. If your sponsoring organisation is a Health Trust, in order for us to invoice them you will need to provide the PO (Purchase Order) number as assigned by your Health Trust on the sponsor form. Unless your fully completed sponsor form is returned before the module starts you will be considered to be self-paying and required to pay the fee in full at that point. A refund to you can be subsequently arranged if your sponsor pays us later.
