In this fun, creative workshop for all ages, you will be guided to explore your body, sensations, and emotions through movement and drawing. Whether you love to draw, or you feel like you don’t have a creative bone in your body, this workshop welcomes you to come out to play. You’ll be guided through a series of drawing exercises including playful dancing to music, and calming meditative movements connecting to your breath. The workshop is designed to free your imagination and unique creative expression, whilst providing you with calming techniques to support your wellbeing.
No previous drawing experience or skill is required to participate.
Open to all ages and abilities - under 14s must be accompanied by a participating adult.

The workshop will be led by Carly Seller, an artist, creative somatic facilitator, and sound healer passionate about using creativity and play for improving wellbeing. Her meditation drawing 'Breath' was part of the 2017 Jerwood (now Trinity Buoy Wharf) Drawing Prize exhibition.

Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize 2023

Now in its 30th year, the Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize is widely regarded as the most prestigious open exhibition dedicated to drawing in the United Kingdom. The Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize is supported by the Trinity Buoy Wharf Trust, and 2023 marks the sixth year of their support for the annual open exhibition.
