Book your place
Embarking on a postgraduate programme is a major decision, and one for which you may need further advice and guidance in helping you to make your final choice. Why not come along and visit us at our postgraduate open evening?
Take this opportunity to have your questions answered or find out more about your subject of interest.
Why attend?
This is your chance to speak to staff across the University to find out about the range of postgraduate and professional development opportunities that are available to you and the support available to our students.
Both academic and professional support staff from the University will be available to answer your questions and give you advice, guidance and information about our programmes.
Programme of activities
These events will take place on campus, but will have smaller virtual elements.
We have a range of welcome talks, finance talks, subject specific talks and drop-in sessions to provide you with all the information you require to choose the right postgraduate programme to meet your needs. We will also have pre-recorded talks for you to watch at your leisure if you are unable to attend the event in person.
Postgraduate Plymouth on Demand offers a range of programme talks across the study programmes available at the University – perfect to get some initial questions on your course answered before attending an open evening.
After you have booked onto an event, we will keep in touch with you using the email address you registered with. In the lead-up to the event, we will send you a copy of the programme. Our programme, which contains the information and schedule, will be online for this event. Having our programme online will allow us to reduce the amount of paper we use at our events, helping us reduce our impact on the environment. If you are unable to access the online programme, or would rather have a physical copy, please email studentrecruitment@plymouth.ac.uk and we can supply you with a physical copy of the programme on the day.
Please note: The School of Health Professions will also be virtual and will have online subject-specific Q&A sessions.
