Please join us for a special screening of Arming The Arctic, followed by a Q&A with the Director, David Baillie.
Arming the Arctic is a new documentary from award-winning cinematographer and producer, David Baillie (Frozen Planet, Life on Earth) which tells the story of how climate change is affecting the geopolitics of the Arctic, and increasing the risk of war.
The film has been described as 'the most urgent story I will ever tell' by David, and we're delighted to announce that he will be joining us for an in-person Q&A following the screening to discuss the film.
Here at the University of Plymouth, we have been associated with exploration and sustainability of the global ocean since our inception. As we look forward, come and join us for an evening considering how environmental and geopolitical changes are leading to the arming of the arctic.
