Join Professor Simon Ussher online in this mini teach event, as he explores the vital role of transition metal chemistry in marine science, and how it enhances our understanding of ocean systems and global climate processes.
Professor Simon Ussher will also share fascinating stories from life at sea, including conducting chemical experiments aboard research vessels and expeditions to the Antarctic, while emphasising the critical importance of precise measurements and analytical chemistry, and there will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end.
This free event is open to all prospective and current undergraduate students, both UK-based and international.
Please contact admissions@plymouth.ac.uk if you have any questions about this event.
