Our COVID-19 safe venues

The safety of our audiences, staff, visiting artists and performers is important to us. We are delighted to welcome in-person audiences back to our venues and continue to develop our exhibitions and events in line with government guidelines regarding COVID-19.

Hand sanitising stations are positioned throughout our venues and we recommend visitors use these frequently.

As Plymouth, and the wider South West is currently listed by the Government as an Enhanced Response Area, please wear a face covering indoors within communal locations and outside in crowded areas, to protect yourselves and others.

Ventilation in our venues has been increased so it may feel cooler than usual, we advise visitors bring additional layers to ensure their comfort at our events.

Additional cleaning of our venues is taking place prior to our events and local cleaning stations are available in communal areas for visitors to use.

While no longer mandatory, we encourage visitors to check in using the official NHS Test and Trace app by scanning the QR code at the venue. If you do not have the app, details can be given to our Front of House team. This information will be kept for 21 days after the performance and then securely destroyed.

All our events are sold at capacity, so you may be sitting next to someone from outside your household.

If you feel unwell, develop any COVID-19 symptoms, have been advised to self-isolate or have tested positive for Coronavirus please contact us via email and we will be happy to amend your booking.
