Visiting us safely

The safety of our audiences, staff, visiting artists and performers is important to us. We are delighted to welcome in-person audiences back to our venues and continue to develop our exhibitions and events in line with the latest Government COVID-19 guidelines.

Our team continue to wear face coverings, and we strongly recommend that our visitors wear face coverings if they are able to do so, particularly while moving around our venues.

Hand sanitising stations are positioned throughout our venues and we recommend visitors use these frequently.

Ventilation in our venues has been increased so it may feel cooler than usual, we advise visitors bring additional layers to ensure their comfort at our events.

Additional cleaning of our venues is taking place prior to our events and local cleaning stations are available in communal areas for visitors to use.

All our events are sold at capacity, so you may be sitting next to someone from outside your household.

Please do not attend our events if you feel unwell, develop any COVID-19 symptoms, or have tested positive for Coronavirus. Contact us via email and we will be happy to amend your booking.

It’s easy to find us, just look for the University’s Roland Levinsky Building (RLB) situated in Plymouth's city centre, opposite the Drake Circus Shopping Centre.

The Levinsky Gallery, the Jill Craigie Cinema and Theatres are all on the ground floor of the RLB, whilst The House, our state-of-the-art performing arts centre, is located opposite the RLB on the University campus, adjacent to The Box.
