Pilgrim Hall

One of our most popular halls having been recently refurbished, Pilgrim Hall is located in the centre of the vibrant student village and with the city centre literally on your doorstep, you'll find everything you need within a few minutes' walk. This hall offers 237 en suite rooms and is perfect for undergraduates, postgraduates, international students and returning residents.

Standard en suite 

  • Cost: £149.50 per week – total annual rent £6,129.50 (41-week licence), £6,279 total annual rent (42-week licence). 
  • Floor size: approximately 11.2m².
  • Bed size: single bed with under-bed storage.
  • Facilities: large shelving, desk, notice board and wardrobe, en suite bathroom with shower (wet room).

Large en suite

  • Cost: £153 per week – total annual rent £6,273 (41-week licence)  £6,426 total annual rent (42-week licence) 
  • Floor size: approximately 14.7m².
  • Bed size: single bed with under-bed storage.
  • Facilities: long section of shelving, longer desk, notice board, wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower (wet room).

Superior en suite 

  • Cost: £161 per week – total annual rent £6,601 (41-week licence), £6,762 total annual rent (42-week licence) 
  • Floor size: approximately 16.2m².
  • Bed size: double bed with under-bed storage.
  • Facilities: long desk and a long section of shelving, notice board, wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower (wet room).

Special en suite

  • Cost: £171.50 per week – total annual rent £7,031.50 (41-week licence), £7,203 total annual rent (42-week licence)
  • Floor size: approximately 18.8m² room divided into two sections with a partition archway (section 1 sleeping/dressing area, section 2 study area).
  • Bed size: double bed with under-bed storage.
  • Facilities: section 1 – double bed with under-bed storage wardrobe and some shelving. Section 2 – desk, additional shelving and en suite bathroom with shower (wet room).

Pilgrim Hall is situated in the centre of the vibrant student village. This is a popular student residential area and is just a five-minute walk from the University campus, Students' Union, library, campus cafes and the city centre.
