Francis Drake Hall

Conveniently situated in the middle of the vibrant University campus, only seconds away from Drake's Kitchen, the Students' Union, library, gym, and lecture theatres.

Francis Drake Hall is ideal for those looking to be in the heart of it all, offering 315 en suite rooms and 15 studios. This hall is suitable for University of Plymouth undergraduates and international students.

Francis Drake Hall will be undergoing planned maintenance during the 2021/2022 Academic year. The interior of the building and services will be unaffected; however, scaffolding will be erected, which may partially obstruct views, and workers will be on-site Monday to Friday, so some disruption including noise can be expected.

We are pleased to offer 10% discount on the rents shown below for Francis Drake Hall for the weeks affected. The discount will be applied to your rent account once the duration of works is confirmed.
