Students covered by the Clearing accommodation guarantee will be matched to suitable and available accommodation as soon as possible. Your room offer will be sent by email from uniaccommodation@plymouth.ac.uk, so please add us to your safe senders list and ensure you can access the email address you have provided, as some school addresses may expire and no longer be accessible.

Accommodation for health students undertaking placements

Truro and Taunton
Placements for health and medical students are usually based throughout the South West region. Students are responsible for their own accommodation during placements however there are halls available in Truro and Taunton.

The Student Accommodation Code
In our on-campus and Student Village halls of residence, we adhere to the Student Accommodation Code. The Student Accommodation Code has been designed to protect your rights to safe, good quality college accommodation, wherever you are studying, and to make sure you get the best out of your time living in university or college residences.
Accredited under Accreditation Network UK
Rooms in off-campus halls of residence are accredited under Accreditation Network UK (ANUK). These halls of residence are part of the 'good practice' network, providing reassurance that the accommodation is safe, well managed and supportive of residents. ANUK accreditation is assessed by an independent verifier and compliance is periodically tested.
