I am currently leading two module: New Product Development and Marketing Planning (second year undergraduates) and Strategic Marketing Management (final year undergraduates).
In addition, I am one of the personal tutors for the first year undergraduates enrolled on the Personal Development Planning module and I supervise a number of postgraduates dissertations.

At present, I am completing my PhD, with the main research interest being consumer behaviour in relation to food waste in households.
