Biography

Biography

I am a Research Assistant in the Peninsula Dental School, having previously worked as a research assistant for EPIC (eHealth Productivity and Innovation in Cornwall and The Isles of Scilly). 

Qualifications

I have an Psychology undergraduate degree and a PhD in Research Psychology. 

My background is mental health and wellbeing, digital health and improving societal quality of life.

Prior to my time at the University of Plymouth, I have engaged in research concerning the sharing of personal health data via digital technologies, enhancing mental health resilience in the NHS workforce, pregnancy specific health anxiety and online peer to peer mental health support.
