Examples of co-design, co-creation and co-production in food systems research

Data from conversations and workshop discussions were collated to create 16 case studies of co-production activities across eight TUFKS projects.

Each of these case studies provides an overview of where and how co-production approaches have been used, as well as the people involved.

Each case study has also been aligned with the principles of co-production.
