If you have experience of pregnancy and/or birth at one of our case sites in the last two years, we would like to hear from you. We would like to conduct an online or face-to-face interview with you at a time and place of your choosing.
You can discuss as much or as little of your experience as you want. Any identifiable data from your interview will be removed.
We ask for your contact details on the consent form in order to be able to make an appointment to interview you. We ask for your NHS site in order to make sure your care took place at one of our case sites.
