If you are interested in taking part in STEPS II, please complete the form below to inform the research team at your chosen site that you would like to be involved. Someone from the team will contact you to answer any questions and see if the study is right for you.

Please note that you will only be able to select sites that are currently open to recruitment. We aim to have all seven sites open soon, so please check back regularly if your preferred location is not open yet.
