If you are interested in taking part in STEPS II , please complete the form below to inform the research team at your chosen site that you would like to be involved. Someone from the team will contact you to answer any questions and see if the study is right for you.
Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is no longer accepting new participants for the STEPS II study due to a high number of self-referrals. Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board and Ipswich Hospital (part of East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust) have also reached capacity and are now closed to new participants.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. 
The study is still open at other locations.
