2024 Scholarships
Two scholarships of £1,000 each are available to students who are offered a place on one of our marine-related postgraduate masters level courses starting in September 2024.
It is a precondition of the award that successful applicants will conduct a marine-themed dissertation as part of their studies.
To be eligible you must:
- be in the final year of study on an undergraduate course at the University of Plymouth; and
- at the time of submitting your Scholarship application, have already applied for a marine-related postgraduate masters level course at the University of Plymouth commencing in September 2024 (see list of suggested courses below).
Applicants will be judged primarily on the basis of their undergraduate academic performance, but shortlisting will also consider a personal statement indicating why you wish to take the postgraduate course you have selected and how this choice fits with your longer-term career or personal objectives.
