This interactive workshop will explore how risks can cascade through food supply chains, affecting food security, household costs and the wider cost-of-living crisis.
Participants will use everyday food items to map supply chains, identify and categorise risks, trace how risks propagate, and co-design resilience and mitigation strategies.
The event will use lived experience and participant knowledge to identify practical solutions.
Attendance at this event is by invitation only. If you are a school or college interested in booking, please contact Professor Shaofeng Liu at shaofeng.liu@plymouth.ac.uk
