Studio life
In our studio, lecturers work in the same space as you, and all three years are mixed together, meaning everyone gets to know each other very quickly. Smaller class sizes mean more direct contact with lecturers, better support for when you get stuck, and quicker growth for you as a designer.
The studio is open from morning to midnight, seven days a week, and becomes a home from home for many students. Most of the teaching happens within the studio too, so there is always something going on.
You'll also be able to make use of the University's screen and traditional print and letterpress studios.
The Design Society
This is a Students' Union backed group that is run independently by students from the course, without interference from lecturers.
Every year the society organises for it's members a programme of visiting speakers, workshops, exhibitions, and (of course) regular socials and nights out.
