Entry requirements

A 2:2 honours degree, or equivalent, in any discipline.

If English is not your mother tongue 6.5 IELTS with a minimum of 5.5 in any element in a secure English language test. The University of Plymouth offers pre-sessional English language courses if you do not have this.
Prior knowledge of data analysis or statistics and/or work experience are not necessary. |
A 2:1 degree in computing or technical discipline. A lower degree classification may be considered if you can demonstrate a significant level of experience in the security area, with competence in computer programming. Professional experience may also be taken into consideration. The minimum IELTS score for acceptable English proficiency for entry is 6.5 (with a minimum of 5.5 in each element). No graduates of BSc (Hons) Cyber Security/Computer and Information Security from the University of Plymouth will be accepted.
