Dr M Zeb Khan has been associated with academia for more than two decades now teaching and researching in the field of business and public management in addition to working on various administrative assignments. He served as Lecturer at Govt. College of Management Sciences, Peshawar, Assistant Professor at COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, FAST National University of Computer & Emerging Sciences (Pakistan), Director ORIC at Sarhad University, and Professor at SZABIST (Pakistan) before joining the Plymouth Business School in November 2023.
His focus of research is Public Sector Management Reforms, Organizational Behavior and HRM in the context of Project Management. He has so far published 22 research papers in peer-reviewed journals and have presented 6 papers in international conferences in addition to authoring two books. He has been serving on Academic Bodies of different universities and is member of Editorial Boards of journals in the field of management.  He also contributes articles to The News International and The Express Tribune on political, social, and international issues.
