As a Chartered Manager with a First Class degree in Management Practice, I pride myself on my interpersonal skills. I’m committed to identifying and developing team members’ skills and talents, with the aim of improving team performance and efficiency.

A productive, LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt certified project support professional, I have a solid working knowledge of LEAN techniques and tools and know how to implement them to achieve results.

Having extensive administrative experience and a ‘can-do’ approach to tasks, I am adept at prioritising and managing workloads. Highly organised and motivated I deliver quality services by paying close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and driving progress.  Proficient in MS Office 365, MS Teams, Zoom and SharePoint.
