About Rebecca

I am a NMC registered midwife and teacher. My midwifery career has always been focused on supporting students in clinical practice, particularly intrapartum care and homebirth. 

I have a special interest in fetal growth restriction and the evidence base which supports preventing avoidable stillbirth.

Professional Midwifery Practice - 1st year module professional and clinical skills in midwifery practice

Developing Evidence Based Practice - 2nd year module teaching literature research skills to inform a research proposal/QI project

International teaching of midwifery practice in Belgium and Genena - focus on facilitating clinical midwifery skills and waterbirth
