Biography

Biography

Oliver W. J. Beer, MSc is a doctoral candidate at The Ohio State University, College of Social Work (U.S). In addition, he is a registered social worker in England (U.K.). Oliver’s research primarily focuses on the health and well-being of the child protection workforce, utilizing innovative approaches to prevent and/or reduce work-related stress. Oliver has multiple peer-reviewed publications in rigorous journals (see Publications), and more than 20 conference presentations in four different countries. 

Oliver’s work has been recognized by multiple grants, awards, and scholarly positions:
