Biography

From September 2021 Meriel Chudleigh is joining the Independent Prescribing Team at the University of Plymouth as a Lecturer of Prescribing. 

Her clinical background includes extensive experience in primary and community care positions. These include key posts in cardiac rehabilitation and heart failure and community matron work with frailty and long term condition complex case management. 

Her professional interests include Digital professionalism, online communities of practice and Bioscience in Nursing
Meriel is a Queens Nurse, an honorary title awarded by the Queens Nursing Institute (QNI) to support an ongoing commitment to quality person centred care in the community.
