Meriel Chudleigh is a Lecturer in Prescribing

Previous academic roles: Lecturer of Adult Nursing for six years at the University of Plymouth
Lecturer Practitioner 18 months combined Community Matron and Lecturer of Adult Nursing
Meriel's 20+ year clinical background includes extensive experience in primary and community care positions.
These include key posts in cardiac rehabilitation, heart failure specialist nursing and community matron work with frailty and long term condition complex case management.
Professional interests include digital professionalism, online communities of practice and Bioscience in Nursing
Meriel is a Queens Nurse, an honorary title awarded by the Queens Nursing Institute (QNI) to support an ongoing commitment to quality person centred care in the community.
