Miss Kathryn Ferguson

Kathryn (Kate) Ferguson is a singer-songwriter based in Devon. She completed her MA Music at the University of Plymouth and is now a Doctoral Teaching Assistant at the University. Kate’s PhD research focuses on feminism and song-writing. In addition to developing her academic profile, Kate is very much engaged with developing her artistic career with gigs, recordings and singing projects. She has been commissioned for her song-writing by The Box and Plymouth City Council, and has also worked as a session singer for a number of independent artists as well.
