About Jinhua

  • Lecturer in Management 
  • Research interests are primarily on HRM in hospitality and tourism industry, AI in HRM, organisational behaviour, and supervisor-subordinate relationship/guanxi, with relevant publications in prestigious journals, including International Journal of Hospitality Management, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management, etc.

Dr Jinhua Zhang is available for PhD supervisions and encourages applications from those interested in HRM in the tourism and hospitality industry, AI in HRM, supervisor-subordinate relationship/guanxi, and organisational behaviour.
