Research interests
I am interested in innovation, change and entrepreneurship from a people management or HRM perspective. I seek to understand how employers and managers can create an environment in which people are able to be innovative and in which change can be realised as well as the benefits that innovative or radical approaches to HRM can provide to employers, employees and society.
