About Jim

My expertise and research interests are centred on small to medium-sized enterprises, Human Resource Management and innovation/entrepreneurship/change management.  I currently lead modules focused on HRM and change management.  I am keen to work with SMEs, not for profits and other organisations in regards to strategic HRM, organisational development and change management or innovation related issues.  In addition to leading modules in the UK, I have also taught change management internationally at the International Institute in Geneva.
