I am an Advanced Nurse practitioner currently sharing my time between Emergency Medicine in ED at Treliske and teaching on the Advanced Practice Programme here at UoP. I sit on the RCN's ANP forum at a national level. I have recently achieved Fellow of the Higher education Academy status after completing my PGCert in Academic Practice.

For the purpose of my personal MSc, I focused on the effect of compassion fatigue of nurses working in Emergency Medicine and how this links into the phenomenon of burnout and associated resilience.
