I'm currently a Technical Analyst at the University of Plymouth SRS Support Team, responsible for the delivery and continuous development of our live service by supporting planning and testing, and contributing to the deployment of system upgrades, configuration changes, and development projects. Previously, I worked as a Business Process Analyst at the SRS Project, a major transformation project to replace the current university Student Record System. The focus of my work was to deliver operational improvements to our existing business processes, and to support SITS Blueprint releases with system configuration and functional testing tasks.
