I am currently a member of the Business Change team in the SRS Project as a Business Process Analyst and Admissions Strand Lead. The focus of my work is to support operational improvements with the aim of delivering improved ways of working and efficient processes with clear benefits to the University. I work with, and support colleagues in the team in monitoring and evaluating the delivery and on-going implementation of our project.
Previously, as an Admissions and Enquiries Officer at the Central Admissions team I have provided Admissions support for the UNIT-e Project Team's transfer of UNIT-e from an Oracle to a SQL database environment in 2019 and the integration of DfE Manage into UNIT-e in 2021.
