NSBM is the first of its kind in the whole of South Asia, and boasts development of a brand new, state of the art campus in Homagama. NSBM is affiliated to other globally ranked universities such as the University College of Dublin, Ireland, Victoria University, Australia and the University of Northumbria, UK.

Dr Bogdan Ghita’s academic background is in computer networks. His research, teaching, and projects focus on networking and security.
He has been working extensively with international students at all levels, from undergraduate teaching to postgraduate research and supervision.
