Kate Jackson

Kate graduated from the University of Bath with a degree in Economics and completed an MBA at the Alliance Manchester Business School in 1994.

A ‎customer-focused and commercial business professional with career roots in HR and consulting, her experience ranges from large global corporates to small local family businesses and she has worked in the UK, Asia and Africa. Her sector knowledge includes, retail, agriculture, aviation, financial services, utilities, and renewables.

Kate is currently Director of Trethawle Enterprises, a family business that includes wind and solar renewable energy installations, beef farming, commercial and domestic rentals and wholesaling dried flowers. She took up this position in November 2012, she was also Head of HR with Cornwall Farmers in Truro for three years. Prior to that Kate spent over seven years at Standard Chartered Bank in business effectiveness. Kate is currently also the Chair of Menheniot School Association.

Kate was appointed to the Board in January 2016.
