Join the Wild About Plymouth team and the Marine Biological Association to look for crabs in the rock pools.
The Citizen Science Crab Watch project has been set up so members of the public (you!) can look for and identify crabs to help scientists learn more about them. This special event will include listing crabs, taking photos and identifying them. There will be lots of opportunity to see what other amazing creatures are lurking in the rock pools too, with experts on hand to help you identify them. Please wear appropriate footwear as the rocks can be slippery and bring sun cream in case it’s hot!
On-street parking and a series of small car parks are available all around the Mount Batten area.
Meet us at the bottom of the beach steps.
Register your place via the Eventbrite webpage*.
