iSPER People, Organisations and Work (POW) research group seminar with Margaret Prior.

Debates about the utility of different approaches to scholarly research in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Employment Relations are taking place in the pages of academic and practitioner journals.

In this seminar, Margaret Prior will review some recent papers which question the dominant aims, philosophy and methods adopted by researchers in these fields. The seminar is designed to stimulate debate not only about research but also about teaching, and is of relevance to all the fields covered by POW.

This seminar is aimed at Plymouth University academic staff and postgraduate research students.

Booking is not required to attend but please contact Richard Saundry for more information.
