University Mental Health Day

University Mental Health Day is a great opportunity to bring together all of the key players in student mental health.

By being part of a national initiative, we can work together to reach a wider audience and make a noise about mental health on campuses across the UK. The day is also an opportunity to get more students involved in volunteering projects and events, helping to build up a larger base of students and staff to support future health promotion and campaigns.

  • Our society Student Minds Plymouth are holding a Sports Day on the SU Roof with egg and spoon races, hula hooping, bean bag games, etc.
  • UPSU: MGA will be putting on a drop-in yoga session in Illusion from 11:00-13:00.
  • The Plymouth University Mental Health Team will also be in the SU to give out information on their services and talk to anyone that needs advice.

Contact UPSU for further information.
