A multi-disciplinary solo homage to the avante-garde and experimental, to kitsch, shtick, and academia, to snobbery, trash TV and easy laughs.     

Inspired by iconic works of contemporary performance, the 1970s, unintelligible academic language, classic crooners, Rihanna and Beyoncé, Scouse female fashions, dereliction and shopping centres, The Sand Dog Cometh offers: Virtuosity? Intellectual stimulation? Distraction? Provocation? Catharsis?
